RVA for a bit, My Sister Got Hitched!

By Page Wood July 26, 2012

Wow, this summer has flown by! I’ve spent most of my summer working around Ocean City, NJ, but I migrated back down to Richmond a few weekends ago for my sister’s wedding. The wedding was an awesome time, as most weddings are.

My parents enlisted my business, P-Dub Media to handle video for the wedding, so I had to be a little brother and handle video logistics. My video specialist, Griffin Harrington led the video shoot with the help of Dan Parmelee. I lived with Dan during my first semester at JMU and he also graduated with a SMAD degree this past May. We’re pretty stoked to unveil this wedding video to my family and friends in the upcoming weeks. Griffin is going through the editing phase right now, and so far it’s pretty ballin’.

Aside from the wedding, I’ve been working and trying to get my golf game back. I was able to start hitting the golf ball a couple of weeks ago. It had been almost a year since I was able to play as a result of my wrist injury last fall. Right now I’m consistently shooting upper 80’s/low 90’s. I’ll take that after a year off and the addition of some metal in my wrist.

Hope you enjoyed the featured image on this post… It’s my sister and Josh during the rehearsal dinner. It has always been a tradition in my family to present the groom with lingerie at the rehearsal dinner. Weeeiiiiiird, but funny.
